Samsung and LG televisions use different app platforms. Start with your model and the player available for it.

Set up your Smart TV

1. Identify the platform

Note the television brand, model, year, and operating system. An Android installer will not work on a television running a different platform.

2. Choose a supported player

Look in the television’s app store and confirm compatibility with support. Some players require a separate licence or device registration.

3. Activate the right device

If the player uses a device identifier, share it through support when requested. Keep the subscription credentials private and test playback before configuring more screens.
