Start with the symptom and change one thing at a time. A login error, one unavailable channel, and buffering across every channel need different checks.

Start with the symptom
For a login error, verify the credential format and account status. For one unavailable channel, try another channel before changing settings. For buffering across the lineup, compare the same device on a wired connection if possible.
Check simultaneous usage
Close playback on other screens and retry with one device. A player may keep a stream active in the background. Confirm that the number of active streams stays within your plan’s connection limit.
Change one thing at a time
Restart the player, test again, and note the result. Then restart the device if needed. Avoid deleting your credentials or changing several network settings together; doing so makes the original cause harder to identify.
Give support a clear report
Include the device model, player version, error text, affected channels, approximate time, and the checks already tried. For account questions add the order reference, without posting private login details publicly.
Match the next check to the problem
| What you see | Try this first |
|---|---|
| Login rejected before any channels load | Check the login fields and ask whether the account is active. |
| One channel fails, but others play | Record the exact channel name and time. Leave your working account settings in place. |
| Every channel buffers | Stop other streams, restart the player, and compare Ethernet with Wi-Fi if possible. |
| Video plays but the TV guide is blank | Refresh the guide and check its source. Re-entering the video login may not help. |
Useful report: “Android TV, player version [version]. The picture stops every [interval] on [channels]. It started at [time and timezone]. I have tried [checks].” This gives the team something specific to investigate.
